OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the Business Administration and Negotiation Master Program are:
- Specialized knowledge, understanding and use of the concepts, approaches, theories, models and methods related to the domain of business administration and negotiation;
- Formation and completion of the abilities to explain and interpret specific problems, to realize links to other economic domains;
- Formulation of value judgments regarding the domain of business administration and negotiation and the related domains as well;
- Resolving certain problems in new contexts;
- Accomplishment of a critical and constructive reflection on the field related to other domains;
- Substantiation of systems, capacities and strategies regarding the development and diversification of the business environment;
- Business form and analysis;
- Acquisition and use of a language that is appropriate to the professional domain;
- Knowing and understanding of international negotiation and providing assistance for substantiating the negotiator’s position during the commercial negotiation process;
- Formation of skills, abilities and habits that is essential for business management in all the economic domains which are continuously transforming and adapting to the mechanisms of the European and international markets.
