BUSINESS MANAGEMENT IN COMMERCE

GOALS

  The “Business Management in Commerce” Master’s Program has the following goals:

  • knowledge, understanding and specialized use of the concepts, approaches, theories, patterns and methods in the commercial area;
  • development and abilities completation of explaining and interpreting the specific issues, the ability to make connections with other economic fields;
  • wording of valuable judgements, both in the field of commercial managemment end in other related areas;
  • settling problems in new contexts;
  • achieving a critical-constructive reflection regardig the scope and relationships with other areas.

Methods of achieving the objectives of the "Business Management in Commerce" Master's Program:

  • The "Business Management in Commerce" Master's Program has a modern and participative curriculum, aligned to the practice requirements in the field. The structure of this syllabus is designed so that it effectively combines practical necessities experienced by professionals engaged in the field with the latest performance management methods and techniques.
  • The subject matters included in the curriculum, detailed through annually updated syllabus perform a multivalent approach, so as to restore its trade manager, the leader capacity able to efficiently handle the company’s activity.
  • By improving its curriculum and syllabus every academic year, the "Business Management in Commerce" Master's Program is aimed to permanent alignment with European standards in order to meet the requirements regarding the international recognition of graduation diplomas.

The "Business Management in Commerce" Master's Program is a result of the collaboration with:

  • other faculties within U.C.D.C.;
  • professional associations in trade and related sectors (The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bucharest and Romania etc.);
  • universities in the country (the collaborations are evidenced in signed protocols, protocols that stipulate all the details on receiving teaching staff as visiting professors).
